Erika McConduit

As the Chief Impact OfficerErika is focused on growth across all products and market lines. She creates innovative partnerships and strategic relationships that advance market penetration and strengthen the company’s value proposition as the insurer of choice for consumers and authorizers. Erika previously served as the company’s second Chief Diversity Officer, where she successfully led DEI integration as a strategic business driver across the enterprise, garnering company recognition as a Best Place to Work by Forbes, Newsweek, and more.

Erika previously served as President and CEO of the Urban League of Louisiana, and Louisiana Director for the Education Trust. Erika is an avid supporter of education reform, advocating for quality early learning through postsecondary education. In this capacity, she has served on numerous boards and committees including the Louisiana Community and Technical College System Board of Supervisors, Mayor Landrieu’s Education Task Force, Louisiana State Superintendent of Education John White’s Student Task Force, and the National Urban League’s Education Task Force. Additionally, Erika has served as an Adjunct Professor at Dillard University in Louisiana and Monroe College in New York. Erika holds a B.A. from Howard University and a Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law. She is a New Orleans native, a Louisiana licensed attorney, and a mother of three children.
