Data Quality Campaign Welcomes Marshall to Board of Directors

WASHINGTON (March 12, 2019) – The Data Quality Campaign is pleased to announce the appointment of Tony Marshall to its Board of Directors. As founder, president and CEO of Innovative Systems Group, Inc., Marshall has more than 30 years of experience in his field and has demonstrated a commitment to ensuring that students are prepared for the workforce.

“Schools and states are working to prepare students for the realities of our current and future workforce, recognizing that educational pathways must include opportunities for career and technical education. As a businessman with real-life experience ensuring that students are ready for life after high school, Tony Marshall will bring his expertise to the Data Quality Campaign’s work,” said John Bailey, chairman of DQC’s Board of Directors. “Marshall’s extensive knowledge of the workforce will help inform DQC’s commitment to ensuring that students have access to the necessary data to guide conversations, decisions, and outcomes while pursuing all education and workforce pathways.”

DQC welcomes Marshall as a distinguished member of the business community in North Carolina and nationally, recognizing that he will bring his knowledge and expertise to the Board of Directors during a three-year term.

Tony Marshall, President, Innovative Systems Group (ISG)
Tony Marshall is the president and CEO of ISG, which was founded in 1998 and uses its vast experience to improve the security posture of its clients. Under his leadership, ISG has developed one of the first Cybersecurity Apprenticeship Programs in country. The company also has been very successful in working with the Transition Assistance Program at Fort Bragg to assist transitioning veterans assimilate into private industry. During his career, Tony worked for Fortune 500 companies and provided services to federal and state agencies and private businesses. He has successfully managed profit centers for companies in the IT, cable, healthcare, oil and food services industries; he excels in delivering technology based solutions to complex problems. Tony earned his B.B.A. in Computer Based Information Systems from Howard University and holds Certificates from Dartmouth University and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
